产业集群低碳竞争力影响因素及其测度研究

On the Influence Factors and Measurement of Industry Cluster Low Carbon Competitiveness

根据产业集群低碳竞争力的内涵和构成,本文提出一个涵盖集群低碳战略支持、集群低碳创新能力、集群环境保护、集群低碳治理等7个因子的产业集群低碳竞争力结构方程模型,并进行实证检验,探索区域产业集群低碳竞争力获得提升的内在机理。研究结果表明,集群低碳创新能力和集群低碳战略支持两个因子对区域产业集群低碳竞争力影响最为显著,集群低碳治理能力对集群低碳竞争力具有正向影响,但最不显著。

According to the content and form of industry cluster low- carbon competttlveness, we make a structural equation model covering low carbon strategic support for cluster,low carbon innova- tion capability of cluster, environmental protection of cluster, low carbon governance of cluster and oth- er seven factors and put the empirical test to explore the enhancement and internal mechanism of region- al industry cluster low - carbon competitiveness. The results show that low carbon innovation capability of cluster and low carbon strategic support for cluster are the two significant factors of regional industry cluster low carbon competitiveness, and low carbon governance of cluster is the least significant factor.
