The Practice of Cultivating Innovative Talent Training Mode in the Major of Engineering in High Vocational School by“Internet+”——Taking the Electrical Automation Specialty of Wuxi City College of Vocational Technology as an Example

正在转型升级的物联网和制造业等新兴产业,对高素质技能型专门人才的培养提出了更高更新的要求。以无锡城市职业技术学院电气自动化专业的创新型人才培养实践为例,系统研究高职电气自动化专业建设,为破解当前学校与企业人才供需矛盾,提升高素质技能型专门人才的培养质量,增强区域制造业发展的服务能力,提供借鉴。

With the transformation and upgrading of the Interact of things and manufacturing and other emerging industries, the needs for high-quality skilled personnel training rise to an increased demand. Taking the electrical automation specialty of Wuxi city college of vocational technology as an example, this paper studies the construction of electrical automation specialty in higher voca- tional colleges. It provides reference for talent supply and demand of the current school and enterprise, improving the quality of the training of highly qualified technical talents and enhancing the service capacity of the regional manufacturing industry.
