益母草、欣母沛联合缩宫素预防瘢痕子宫产妇剖宫产后出血的临床效果

Study of the Clinical Efficacy of Motherwort,Hemabate Combined with Oxytocin in Preventing Postpartum Hemorrhage Caused by Scarred Uterus

目的探讨益母草、欣母沛联合缩宫素三者联合预防瘢痕子宫产妇剖宫产后出血的临床效果。方法 2009年10月至2014年10月,选取150例在苏州市立医院北区妇产科确诊为行剖宫产手术的瘢痕子宫产妇作为研究对象,分为对照组A(欣母沛和缩宫素),对照组B(益母草和缩宫素)以及试验组C(益母草、欣母沛和缩宫素)3组。比较3组术中、术后2 h、术后24 h出血量和产前后血红蛋白水平以及不良反应发生情况。结果对照组A和对照组B在出血量、血红蛋白水平及不良反应发生情况方面比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。在出血量方面,无论是术中还是术后2 h或者术后24 h,试验组C均明显少于对照组A和对照组B(P<0.05)。试验组C的产后血红蛋白蛋白水平与对照组A和对照组B相比,均有明显提高(P<0.05)。3组孕妇的药物不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论益母草、欣母沛联合缩宫素三联预防瘢痕子宫剖宫产后出血效果明显,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Motherwort, Hemabate combined with oxytocin in preventing postpartum hemorrhage caused by Scarred Uterus.Methods 150 patients in our hospital from October 2009 to October 2014 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into study group C（Oxytocin joint Hemabate and Motherwort）,control group A（Oxytocin and Hemabate） and control group B（Motherwort and Oxytocin）. The amount of bleeding at 2 hours and 24 hours after surgery, the Hemoglobin levels and the incidence of adverse reactions in the three groups were compared. Results The amount of bleeding 2 hours and 24 hours after surgery in the study group were less than those in the control group A and the control group B. The Hemoglobin levels in the study group were higher than those in the control group A and the control group B, the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The difference in the incidence rate of adverse reactions of the three groups was not statistically significant（P〉0.05）. Conclusion The therapy of combining Hemabate, Motherwort and Oxytocin has better clinical effect, which can be widely popularized in clinical treatment.
