大螺距扫描应用小剂量对比剂团注测试在肺动脉成像中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 目的评价第二代双源CT行Flash大螺距扫描模式应用小剂量对比剂团注测试(test bolus)在肺动脉成像中的应用价值。方法选取医院2014年5月至2015年6月收治的怀疑肺动脉栓塞行CT肺动脉成像(CTPA)检查的患者80例,依据随机数字表法分成A,B两组,A组用大螺距(3.0)扫描应用test bolus技术;B组常规扫描应用对比剂团注跟踪技术(bolus track),比较两组的图像质量和辐射剂量。结果 80例肺动脉成像均能满足诊断要求,但A组肺动脉图像显示明显好于B组,并且辐射剂量小。结论在CTPA中使用大螺距扫描及test bolus技术比用常规扫描及bolus track技术在低辐射条件下能获得更好的肺动脉成像质量。
