英国文化、媒体、体育部发布的《英格兰2016-2021公共图书馆发展草案》从阅读与素养、数字素养、健康与保健、经济增长、文化与创造力、社区、学习7个核心层面剖析图书馆发展目标、实践路径及评估方法,从管理与服务设计、创新工作方式及跨部门合作模式、强化交流推广与营销等方面探讨发展目标体系的具体落实,为我国图书馆发展规划提供了新视角。
The draft version Library Delivers： Ambition for Public Libraries in England 2016-2021 issued by England Department for Culture Media ＆ Sport for open consultation analyzeslibrary development ambitions, practice methods and evaluations methods in England from seven aspects, such as reading and literacy, digital literacy, health and wellbeing, economic growth, culture and creativity, communities and learning; and discusses the implementation from governance and delivery, new ways of working and cross-division cooperation, marketing and communications. The draft document provides new insights for Chinese library development.
