摘要
新疆少数民族双语数学课程教学质量提高的前提是双语数学教师的综合素质和能力的提高,而"实践取向"是教育的本质要求。因此,针对双语数学教师的培养,应把实践放在核心价值地位。文章阐述了"实践取向"的重要性和紧迫性,并尝试构建以实践为导向的针对新疆双语数学教师教育的课程体系。
The prerequisite for the improvement of effectiveness of maths teaching for ethnic students is to improve the comprehensive quality and synthetic ability of bilingual maths teachers. And as a basic requirement for education,"practice orientation"gives priority to practice in bilingual maths teachers' professional development. With an emphasis on the importance and urgency of"practice orientation",this paper attempts to construct a practice-oriented course system aimed at the training of bilingual maths teachers in Xinjiang.
