摘要
针对某公司IPC产品由于增大产能导致产品质量不稳定的问题,系统的运用六西格玛质量管理方法进行分析。首先运用帕累托图找出影响产品质量的两大因素:气密失败和镜头显示污点;其次运用鱼骨图进一步分析,找出影响上述问题的6个主要根本原因;然后针对6个根本原因依次进行改善;最后将改善前后的结果进行对比。实践证明,六西格玛管理方法可以有效地提高产品质量,降低不合格率。
Aiming at the problem that the product quality is unstable due to the increase of production capacity of a company IPC product, the system uses six sigma quality management methods to analyze the problem. Firstly, the two factors that affect the quality of the product are found by using the Pareto chart. Secondly, 6 main reasons affecting the problem are analyzed by fishbone diagram. Then the 6 root causes are improved. Finally, the results before and after improvement are compared. The practice proves that the Six Sigma management method can effectively improve the quality of products and reduce the failure rate.
