三七多糖对小鼠免疫功能的影响 被引量:25

Impact of Panax polysaccharides on immune function in mice

摘要 目的考察三七多糖(PPN)对小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法分别以133.5、267.0、534.0 mg·kg-1·d-1的PPN多糖经口灌胃给予小鼠30 d,于试验的第30天测定小鼠的细胞免疫、体液免疫、单核巨噬细胞、NK细胞的活性。结果 PPN各剂量组的淋巴细胞转化能力均高于阴性对照组,且高剂量组与阴性对照组的差异具有显著性(P<0.01);PPN各剂量组的左右耳片重量差值均高于阴性对照组,且高、中剂量与阴性对照的差异具有显著性(P<0.01、P<0.05);PPN剂量组的抗体生成细胞数均高于阴性对照组,且高、中剂量与阴性对照的差异具有显著性(P<0.01、P<0.05);PPN各剂量组的抗体积数均高于阴性对照组,且高剂量与阴性对照的差异具有显著性(P<0.05);PPN各剂量组的腹腔巨噬细胞对鸡红细胞的吞噬率及吞噬指数均高于阴性对照组,高剂量的吞噬率与阴性对照组的差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论 PPN可提高小鼠的细胞免疫和体液免疫功能。 OBJECTIVE To investigate the effect of polysaccharide from Panax notoginseng (PPN) on immune function in mice. METHODS After continuous intragastric administration of PPN with the doses of 133.5,267.0 and 534.0 mg·kg^-1·d^-1, H20 was selected as the negative control group for 30 days. The items were determined after 30 days including cellular immunity function, humoral immunity function, mononuelear maerophage and NK cells activity. RESULTS The high - dose group significantly enhanced lymphocyte transformation capacity, compared to the negative control group( P 〈 0.01 );the high dose group and middle dose group significantly enhanced delayed - type hypersensitivity( P 〈 0.01, P 〈 0.05 ) ; the high dose group and middle dose group significantly increase antibody - producing cells, compared to the negative control group ( P 〈 0.01, P 〈 0.05 ) ; and each dose group were higher than the negative control group, and the high dose group significantly increased anti - volume number of mice, compared to negative control group (P 〈 0.05 ) ;high - dose group significantly improved phagocytic index of mononuclear - macrophage in mice (P 〈 0.05 ). CONCLUSION The PPN can enhance cellular and humoral immune function in mice.
