摘要
目的采用HPLC法鉴别乳酸左氧氟沙星中的乳酸。方法采用Agilent C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为磷酸溶液(p H2.5)-乙腈(95∶5),流速1.0 m L·min^(-1),检测波长210 nm,柱温30℃。结果乳酸中D-乳酸和L-乳酸主峰的分离良好,分离度度>1.5;供试品色谱图中乳酸主峰的保留时间与D,L-乳酸对照品主峰的保留时间一致。结论HPLC法鉴别乳酸左氧氟沙星中乳酸的专属性强、重复性良好,可用于鉴别乳酸左氧氟沙星中的乳酸。
OBJECTIVE To establish an HPLC method for identification of lactic acid in Levofloxacin lactate. METHODS The Agilent C ls (250 mm× 4.6 mm, 5 μm) column was used with the mobile phase of phosphoric acid solution (pH2.5) - acetonitrile (95 : 5 ). The flow rate was 1.0 mL· min^-1, and the detection wavelength was 210 nm. The column temperature was 30 ℃. RESULTS D - lactic acid and L - lactic acid were well separated, and the separation degree was greater than 1.5. The test results showed that the relative retain time of peaks of lactic acid in the sample chromatogram and reference standard chromatogram were consistent. CONCLUSION The method is specific, accurate. And it can be used for quality control of Levofloxacin Lactate.
