一测多评法测定菊花药材中的6种咖啡酰奎宁酸 被引量:7

摘要 目的采用一测多评法测定菊花药材中的6种咖啡酰奎宁酸。方法以3-咖啡酰奎宁酸作为内标物,建立该成分与5-咖啡酰奎宁酸、4-咖啡酰奎宁酸、3,4-二咖啡酰奎宁酸、3,5-二咖啡酰奎宁酸、4,5-二咖啡酰奎宁酸的相对校正因子,利用相对校正因子计算6种咖啡酰奎宁酸的含量,从而完成一测多评;用外标法测定6种咖啡酰奎宁酸的含量,以证实一测多评的可靠性。结果建立的相对校正因子的重复性良好,两种方法测得的咖啡酰奎宁酸成分的含量间无显著差异。结论一测多评法测定菊花中6种成分含量的结果可信,可作为一个新的模式来评价菊花药材成分的质量。 OBJECTIVE To establish a method for the determination of six caffeoylquinsieacid compounds from Chrysanthemum morifolium by Quantitative analysis of multi - components by single marker (QAMS). METHODS Chlorogeniacid was used as the internal standard,the relative correction factors(RCF) of 5 - caffeoylquinic acid( 5 - CA) ,4 - caffeoylquinic acid(4 - CA) ,3,4 - di- caffeoylquinic acid (3,4 - DCA), 3,5 - dicaffeoylquinic acid (3,5 - DCA) and 4,5 - dicaffeoylquinic acid (4,5 - DCA) were set and determined by HPLC. The contents of 5 - caffeoylquinic acid,4 - caffeoylquinic acid, 3,4 - dicaffeoylquinic acid,3,5 - dicaffeoylquinic acid and 4,5 - dicaffeoylquinic acid were authentically determined by the external standard method to verify the accuracy of QAMS. RESULTS The developed method was validated. The reproducibility was satisfactory. The contents had no significant difference among the quantitative resuhs by QAMS and external standard method were observed. CONCLUSION The method is of high sensitivity and nice reproducibility. It can be used as a new quality evaluation model for the evaluation of the quality of Chrysanthemum morifolium ingredients with QAMS.
