心可舒丸中三七的薄层色谱鉴别和6种物质的含量测定 被引量:8

摘要 目的完善心可舒丸的质量控制方法。方法采用薄层色谱法鉴别三七,采用HPLC法测定丹参素钠、原儿茶醛、丹酚酸B、葛根素、木香烃内酯和去氢木香内酯的含量。结果三七的薄层鉴别斑点清晰,分离度好;丹参素钠、原儿茶醛、丹酚酸B、葛根素、木香烃内酯和去氢木香内酯的线性关系良好,平均加样回收率分别为99.0%、100.1%、97.9%、100.8%、100.7%、100.7%(n=9)。结论所用方法专属性强、准确度高、重复性好,可用于心可舒丸的质量控制。 OBJECTIVE To improve the quality control methods of Xinkeshu pills. METHODS Notoginseng radix et rhizorna was identified by TLC. The contents of sodium danshensu ,protocatechuic aldehyde, salvianolic acid B, puerarinin, costunolide and dehydro- costuslactone were determined by HPLC. RESULTS The spots on the TLC plate were clear and the resolution was well. Sodium danshensu,protocatechuic aldehyde, salvianolic acid B, puerarinand, costunolide and dehydrocostuslactone were separated literally with chromatographic peak of consecutive. The linear relationships of calibration curves were favorable. The recoveries ( n = 9 ) of sodium danshensu,protocatechuic aldehyde,salvianolic acid B and puerarin costunolide dehydrocostuslactone were 99.0%, 100.1% ,97.9%, 100. 8% , 100.7% and 100.7%, respectively. CONCLUSION The established methods are specific, accurate and well repeatable, which can be used for the quality control of Xinkeshu pills.
