枸杞中微生物降解β-胡萝卜素特性研究 被引量:1

The regularity of degradation of β-carotene by microorganism in Chinese wolfberry

摘要 以枸杞鲜果为原料分离了可降解β-胡萝卜素的微生物,并对其进行分离鉴定,得出降解特性。实验经初步分离鉴定共得到7株可降解β-胡萝卜素的细菌,再经16S r DNA分子生物学鉴定发现实则共有3种细菌,其中L-1、L-3是Enterobacter sp.Ha NA17,L-2、L-4、L-7是Enterobacter ludwigii,L-5、L-6是Enterobacter cloacae。 The Chinese wolfberry as the raw material, β-carotene degradation index, mainly research on the presence of the microorganisms degradation of the β-carotene in the wolfberry and finally obtain the regularity of the degradation. In this study, three strains of microorganisms were isolated and identified, which were isolated from the degradation strain of β-carotene, they are identified as Enterobacter spp.And the L1 L-3 and sp. Ha NA17 Enterobacter relations recently, Enterobacter ludwigii and L2 L4 L7 relations recently, Enterobacter cloacae and L5 L6 relationship recently.
