微波萃取红景天总黄酮的工艺研究 被引量:5

Extraction process of total flavonoids from Rhodiola rosea L. by microwave

摘要 应用微波萃取法萃取红景天总黄酮。采用单因素试验考察了固液比、萃取溶剂、萃取时间、萃取温度、升温时间和萃取功率6个因素对红景天总黄酮提取率的影响。利用正交试验确定了最优提取工艺条件:固液比为1:10、乙醇浓度为55%、功率为200 W、萃取温度为80℃、升温时间为7 min、萃取时间为4 min,总黄酮提取率为17.25%。与回流法和超声提取法进行对比,微波萃取法所得黄酮提取率和羟基自由基清活性均高于对比方法。可见采用微波法提取红景天总黄酮提取效率高,提取物活性好。 Total flavonoids in Rhodiola rosea L. was extracted by microwave extraction. Single factor experiment was used to detect the effects of solid-liquid ratio, extraction solvent, extraction time, extraction temperature, temperature rise time and extraction power. The optimum extraction conditions were: solid-liquid ratio of 1:10, extraction solvent of 55% ethanol, extraction time of 4 min, extraction temperature of 80 ℃, temperature rise time of 7 min and extraction power of 200 W, extraction yield of 17.25%. Compared with reflux extraction and ultrasound extraction, the total flavonoids extraction yield and hydroxyl radical scavenging activity of microwave Rhodiola rosea L. extract were higher than the other two methods. All these showed that the microwave extraction had high extraction efficiency to extract total flavonoids from Rhodiola rosea L, and the extract had better activity.
