液相色谱法同时检测葡萄酒中3种发酵抑制剂 被引量:1

Determination of three fermentation inhibitors in wine by HPLC

摘要 通过高效液相色谱仪建立一种同时检测葡萄酒中水杨酸、脱氢乙酸和对氯苯甲酸含量的方法。样品经稀释(起泡葡萄酒须脱气)后,过0.45μm水系滤膜直接上机检测。经优化后,选择C18色谱柱进行分离,柱温30℃,以30:70(v/v)的甲醇+0.02 mol/L乙酸铵(pH=5.0)为流动相,检测波长为230 nm。该条件下,水杨酸、脱氢乙酸和对氯苯甲酸的分离效果较理想,在20 min内能完全分离,并且在(0.5~20)mg/L浓度范围内线性关系良好,相关系数均达到0.999,方法检出限分别为2、3、3 mg/kg;各加标量下的回收率均在91.9%~105.8%的范围内,相对标准偏差范围为0.34%~3.21%。 To establish a method for determination of salicylic acid, dehydroacetic acid and 4-Chlorobenzoic acid in wine by high performance liquid chromatography. Samples through the 0.45 μm drainage membrane filter can directly on the machine detection after they were diluted(sparkling wine shall degassing). After optimized, use the C18 column to separate the samples, the column temperature was 30 ℃, choose 30:70(v/v) of methanol+0.02 mol/L ammonium acetate(pH=5.0) as the mobile phase, and the detection wavelength was 230 nm. Under this condition, the separation of salicylic acid, dehydroacetic acid and 4-chlorobenzoic acid was desirable, can be completely separated within 20 min, and has a good within concentration of(0.5~20)mg/L, correlation coefficient reached 0.999, the methods detection limits were 2, 3, 3 mg/kg; recoveries plus of each scalar were in the range of 91.9%~105.8%, the relative standard deviation in the range of: 0.34%~3.21%.
