摘要
近年来,在电力行业中,节能降耗得到越来越多的重视,为进一步节约能源、提高效率,火电厂开始对凝汽器的不锈钢光管采用螺纹管改造。采用数值模拟的方法分别针对不锈钢光管和螺纹管的管内流动与传热特性进行数值计算,得到光管和螺纹管在不同雷诺数下的平均对流换热系数与流动压损。通过所得平均对流换热系数与流动压损,分析计算了采用螺纹管改造后的凝汽器的背压与厂用电率变化量,结合耗差分析的方法对改造后的凝汽器进行了综合的经济性分析。
In recent years, more and more attention has been paid to energy saving and consumption reducing. In thermalplant, in order to save energy and improve efficiency, traditional stainless steel tube has been replaced by thread pipe insteam condenser. In this paper, the average convective heat transfer coefficient and pressure drop of stainless steel pipe andthread pipe were discussed by numerical simulation method over a range of Reynolds number respectively. With theobtained average convective heat transfer coefficient and pressure drop, the conden-ser backpressure and plant powerconsumption rate can be calculated combined with the analysis of consumption difference, then the comprehensive economicanalysis of the steam condenser was carried out.
