摘要
为研究凝汽器循环水二次滤网对循环水流场结构的影响,设计并搭建了一套完整的凝汽器水侧二次滤网实验台,针对冲孔型和井字型两种形式滤网的整流性能进行实验研究和数值研究。结果表明:实验台能够较好的完成对滤网整流特性的研究。在相同的通流倍率下,平面井字型二次滤网后的流场均匀性明显优于冲孔型滤网。使用井字形滤网可以使滤网后流体的速度更加均衡,降低循环水通过滤网的阻力损失,有效增强二次滤网的整流效果。
In order to research the influence of secondary filter on condenser circulating water flow field structure, a completeexperimental bench of condenser circulating water secondary fdter was designed and set up, and the rectificationcharacteristics of punching-shape secondary filter and well-shape secondary filter were experimental and numericalresearched. The results show that the rectification characteristics of secondary filter can be better researched by theexperimental bench. The uniformity of flow field after well-shape secondary filter is obviously better than after punching-shape secondary filter in the same flow rate limit. The fluid velocity after secondary filter is more uniform, the resistance lossof circulating water is reduced and the rectifying effect is effectively enhanced by using well-shape secondary filter.
