摘要
采用Solidworks软件对国产某600MW汽轮机低压转子的末级叶轮进行三维实体建模,利用有限元分析软件ANSYS对其在0—3000r/min间的7个转速下的模态特性进行了计算,得到了各转速下末级叶轮的前12阶模态频率、振型云图,绘制出了末级叶轮的坎贝尔图。在此基础上,建立了末级叶轮各阶模态频率随转速变化的定量关系,3000r/min转速下各阶模态频率的增量随模态阶数的定量关系。
Solidworks had been used to establish the 3D model of the last stage discs of the low-pressure rotor of a domestic600MW steam turbine. ANSYS, an FEA software, was used to calculate its modal characteristics between the rotationalspeed range of 0 to 3000rpm. By calculation, the top 12obtained, which can be used to find out the critical speedsmodal frequencies, mode shapes, and Campbell chart wereat various rotational speeds. On the basis, the quantitativerelationship between the modal frequencies and rotational speed of the last stage disc were established. Also, thequantitative relationship between the modal frequency increments and the modal order under the rotational speed of 3000rpmwere found.
