摘要
以660MW反动式汽轮机高压转子为研究对象,在冲动式汽轮机转子建模方法的基础上,针对反动转鼓式转子无叶轮,且叶片直接安装在转毂上的特点,优化了转子的二维模型,并用ANSYS计算了在冷态启动过程中转子的温度场、应力场和监测点应力曲线。结果表明:反动式机组冷态启动过程中,最大应力点出现在叶根与叶根槽的接触位置上。
Taking a 660MW reaction turbine high pressure rotor as lhe researeh object, based on the impulse lurbine rotormodeling method, considering the fact that the reactionary drum type rotor has no impeller and the blade is installed on therotor huh directly, the two-dimensional model of the rotor is optimized, and the temperature field, stress fieht and themonitoring point stress curve on the cold starting proeess are calculated using ANSYS. The resuhs show ihat: ill the cohtstarting process of the reaction turbine, the maximum stress appears on the contact position of the blade root and groove onthe hlade root.
