核电汽轮机高中压转子弯曲故障评估及处理系统 被引量:7

摘要 研究HN1089型百万千瓦级核电半转速饱和蒸汽汽轮机轴系的动不平衡响应特性,首次建立高中压转子现场弯曲故障的评估及处理系统。采用转子动力学专业分析软件ARMD,先计算支撑轴承的静、动特性的性能参数,其次采用应变能法对轴系的带空腔焊接转子进行模化,并计入减振弹簧基础的参振质量和刚度,建立基础-轴承-转子的动力学模型计算轴系的动态特性。现场实测轴系固有频率结果与计算结果基本一致,证明模型正确。计算高中压转子加配重时轴系的振动响应与自身一阶振型弯曲时的振动响应,发现加重响应敏感性远低于同容量的火电机组,仅当高中压转子重心处弯曲值不超过0.06mm时,可以采取不揭缸在线安装最大质量配重螺钉的方式处理弯曲故障,但此时在线偏心传感器已无法正确评估该类弯曲故障的影响。借助该型汽轮机高中压缸特有的中间轴封体连接管孔,通过电涡流传感器可以测量转子实际弯曲度,并建立评估现场不揭缸动平衡处理可行性的系统,为快速决策高中压转子现场弯曲故障的处理提供重要参考。 Unbalance response has been researched for 1000MW nuclear saturated 1500rpm steam turbine "s rotor byHN1089, a evaluation and treatment system has been established for the first time of nuclear steam turbine HP-IP rotor'bentfailure. The professional rotor dynamics software ARMD was used to calculate axial bearing "s static and dynamiccharacteristic, then the rotors with weld and cavity were modeled through strain energy method, at last a foundation-bearing-rotor dynamic model was established with damping spring base mass of vibration and stiffness ,which was used to calculaterotor's dynamic vibration character. The actual measurements of rotors" natural frequency in field were equal to thecalculation results, which proved that the dynamic model was right. It was found that the nuclear steam turbine HP-IP rotorbalance weight response lower than the coal-fired steam turbine's through calculation. When the HP-IP rotor degree ofcurvature not exceeding 0.06mm, the bent failure could be treated by adding balance weight without opening the cover, buteccentricity sensor could not evaluate correctly at this time. With the help of middle shaft sea housing nozzle, the HP-IProtor curvature can be measured by proximity transducer instrument, which can evaluate and guide the treatment of nuclearsteam turbine HP-IP rotor" bent failure.
