摘要
脆性转变温度是大型锻件设计比较重视的性能指标之一,它直接影响大型锻件其它的性能指标。通过对国内汽轮机、工业汽轮机、汽轮发电机整锻转子体、主轴、复合转子锻件脆性转变温度具体参数的分析研究,了解电站设备大型锻件的脆性转变温度参数的使用现状,确定锻件的脆性转变温度理想的参数范围。找出电站设备大型锻件不同材料、不同强度等级脆性转变温度存在的不足或需要改进的地方。希望能够给电站设备大型锻件设计、锻件厂锻件的工艺研究、改进提供一定的技术支持。
