乌鲁木齐健康献血者人群中TTV流行情况 被引量:2

摘要 目的研究乌鲁木齐地区健康献血者人群中TTV的流行率。方法分别以UTR区引物和ORF1区引物用巢式PCR法检测乌鲁木齐地区健康献血者人群中TTV及TTV第1基因群的流行率。结果乌鲁木齐地区275例健康献血者中TTV的流行率为97.5%,TTV第1基因群的流行率为69.5%,其流行率在性别、民族间无明显差异(P>0.05),而在各年龄段间存在差异(P<0.05);序列分析和进化树分析结果表明,所检测到的阳性样本均为TTV。结论乌鲁木齐地区健康献血者人群中TTV具有较高的流行率;所流行的TTV与世界各个地区所流行的TTV均具有较高的同源性,说明TTV的流行不受种族和地域的限制。 Objective To study the prevalence of Torque teno virus in healthy blood donors of Urumqi. Methods The Torque teno virus and the Torque teno virus gene group 1 was detected by a nested polymerase chain reaction using a set of oligoprimers for the UTR region and ORF1 region. Results The prevalence of the virus and gene group 1 was 97. 5% and 69. 5% respectively in 275 healthy blood donors in Urumqi. There was no statistically significant difference between the presence of the TTV gene groups I in different variables, such as gender and ethnic groups ( P 〉 0. 05 ) , but significant difference was found in different age groups ( P 〈 0, 05 ). The results of sequence analysis and phylogenetic analysis show that the detected positive samples were TTV. Conclusion The prevalence of TTV in the healthy blood donors in Urumqi is extremely high. The detected TTV in this area shares high homology with the isolates from all over the world, showing that the prevalence of 3TV is not restricted by geographical and ethnic groups.
