摘要
介绍了一种利用Vague集理论评价纺织品涂层机安全性能的方法。提出了涂层机的安全性能评价指标体系,针对实例,组织专家根据评价体系对评价对象进行评分,允许专家采用单值或区间值评分的形式,在Vague环境下通过对评价对象进行对比排出优劣顺序。采用一种改进的1~9标度法确定评价指标的权重,将踌躇度引入相似度测量之中,用相对接近度衡量目标的优劣,提高了评价的准确性。
A new method for evaluating the safety performance of textile coating machine based on Vague set theory was introduced.Safety performance evaluation systems of coating machines were proposed.First,experts were organized to evaluate the object of evaluation according to the evaluation system,and allowed to use the single or interval value of the form.Then,the orders of the pros and cons of the object were given through the comparison of the evaluation in the Vague environment.In order to calculate the weight expediently,an improved 1-9 scale method to determine the weight of evaluation index was proposed.Uncertainty was applied to measure similarity degree,and the relative approach degree was applied to measure the quality of evaluation objects,which improved the accuracy of evaluation.
