藿胆滴丸治疗慢性单纯性鼻炎的临床研究

Clinical trials of Huodan Dripping Pills in treating chronic simple rhinitis

目的观察藿胆滴丸治疗慢性单纯性鼻炎的疗效和安全性。方法将240例慢性单纯性鼻炎患者随机分为试验组和对照组,各120例。试验组,口服藿胆滴丸;对照组,口服藿胆滴丸模拟剂,共治疗28 d。以鼻塞、流涕、鼻痒、喷嚏、瞬时鼻部多症状、反映性鼻部多症状等VAS评分变化值评价临床疗效。结果治疗28 d后,与治疗前相比两组的鼻塞、流涕、鼻痒、喷嚏、瞬时鼻部多症状、反映性鼻部多症状等VAS评分均呈现下降趋势,试验组的疗效优于对照组;两组均未发生不良反应。结论藿胆滴丸治疗慢性单纯性鼻炎在临床上是安全、有效的。

AIM To observe the clinical effects and safety of Huodan Dripping Pills in treating chronic simple rhinitis. METHODS A controlled study was carried out. Two hundred and forty patients were randomized into treatment group and control group,120 cases in each. The patients in the treatment group were treated with Huodan Dripping Pills and patients in the control group were treated with Huodan Dripping Simulated Pills. The efficacy was assessed by rhinobyon,runny nose,nasal itching,sneezing,instantaneous nasal symptoms,reflective nasalsymptoms VAS score,etc. after 28-day treatment. RESULTS After 28-day treatment,sore throat,runny nose,nasal itching,sneezing,instantaneous nasal symptoms,reflective nasal symptoms VAS score,etc. were significantly decreased. The curative effect of Huodan Dripping Pills in treating chronic simple rhinitis was better than that of the control group. There were no adverse reactions in the two groups. CONCLUSION Huodan Dripping Pills is safe and effective in treating chronic simple rhinitis,and it is suitable for the clinical application.
