摘要
6S管理是改善任务现场环境,提高通信保障管理水平的重要手段。该文阐述了6S管理的内涵,分析了任务现场开展6S管理的具体措施,并就6S管理方法在通信保障任务中的应用进行了研究。
6S management is an important method of improving mission site environment and enhancing communication support managing.In this paper,the content of 6S management is explained and concrete measure of it on mission site is analyzed .And its application in communication support is also studied.
