基于储能的退役动力电池梯次利用成组连接技术 被引量:4

The Reusing Package Technology of Wasted Power Batteries Based on Energy Storage

摘要 随着电动汽车的广泛应用,大量退役动力电池不仅严重地污染环境,也造成能源与资源的严重浪费。通过深入分析梯次电池在焊接成组工艺过程中的脱焊、焊穿、热影响区过大、应力集中等质量缺陷,建立了梯次电池成组焊接质量对梯次电池特性影响物理模型。基于圆柱型电芯的结构特点,结合电池在微储能和家庭储能应用的实际要求,提出了一种正负极免焊接成组技术并成功应用于国家再制造产业示范基地光伏发电示范工程,极大地提高了梯次利用动力电池的利用率和安全特性。 With the wide spread using of electric vehicles,generating a mass of wasted power batteries, caused severely secondary pollution and largely amount of resources and energy wastes,The physical model of how reusing batteries welding quality to impact on its electric features was been created,with deep research typical welding defects such as taking off welding,welding wear,big heat affected zone,stress concentration,in the second welding process.Based on the structure features of cylindrical celts,and com- bined with the actual requirements of micro electrical storage and household storage,a new battery pack- age technology without welding process was innovated,and successfully applied in photovoltaic power generation demonstration project on Zhangjiagang National Remanufactudng Industry Demonstration Base, greatly improved the reusing ratio of wasted power batteries and its security features.
