摘要 针对工业现场多种传感器带来的信号类型的复杂性,对双极性直流信号转换为统-0~10V量程输出的直流信号隔离技术进行了研究。采用精密电阻分压技术及数字电位器自动调节运放比例,实现了不同输入量程的双极性信号经运放调节至同量程的输出,输出信号先后经过电压转频率(V/F和频率转电压(F/V)实现模拟信号的传送,为了提高信号的转换精度,在V/F和F/V中加入软件修正,实验结果表明,该技术可以实现多量程双极性输入信号的自由转换,且增益错误〈0.1%,转换精度较高。 In view of the complexity of the signal type caused by the industrial field,the conversion of the bipolar DC signal into the unified 0- 10V range output is studied.Using precision resistor divider technology and digital potentiometer automatic regulating amplifier proportion,realize output bipolar signals with different input range by adjusting to the same range of the operational amplifier,the output signal after voltage to frequency(V/F) and frequency to voltage(F/V) transmission of analog signals,in order to improve the signal conversion accuracy,adding software fixed in V/F and F/V,the experimental results show that the free conversion of the technology can achieve multi range bipolar input signals,and the gain error 〈0.1% conversion accuracy.
