摘要
聚乳酸(PLA)纤维受热后易发硬、变脆。为寻找聚乳酸纤维热熔絮片合适的加工温度,以聚乳酸中空纤维和ES纤维为原料制备热熔絮片,对聚乳酸纤维质量分数为40%~90%的热熔絮片的加工温度进行试验,并对热熔絮片的保温、压缩、蓬松、透气、透湿等性能进行测试。结果表明,聚乳酸纤维与ES纤维的质量配比为7∶3、加工温度为128℃、热风穿透时间为1 min时,热熔絮片既有较好的保温、压缩、蓬松及透气、透湿性,又能很好地保留聚乳酸纤维的优良特性,适用于服装和家纺填充料。
Polylactic acid( PLA) fiber is easy to harden and become brittle after being heated. In order to find suitable processing temperature for air-thermal bonded waddings made of polylactic acid fibers,polylactic acid hollow fibers and ES fibers were used to prepare air-thermal bonded waddings. The processing temperature for air-thermal bonded waddings made of the weight ratios of polylactic acid fibers from 40% to 90% were tested. The heat retention,compressibility,filling power,air and moisture permeability of the air-thermal bonded waddings were also investigated. The results showed that,when the weight ratio of polylactic acid fibers and ES fibers was at 7 ∶ 3,the processing temperature was at 128 ℃,and the passing through time of hot air was at 1 min,the airthermal bonded wadding not only possessed better heat rentention,compressibility,filling power,air and moisture permeability,but also retained good performance of polylactic acid fibers,suitable to be used as filling materials for clothing and home textiles.
