汽车用双面网眼针织面料开发

Development of double-faced openwork knitted fabric for automobiles

利用涤纶全拉伸丝和涤纶拉伸变形丝,在卜硕多针道双面大圆机上采用不同的组织结构和上机工艺,设计并编织出具有网眼效应的针织面料。研究结果发现,开发的两款新型针织面料表面呈现出不同的网眼外观,立体感较强,且面料厚实挺括、耐磨性好,适用于汽车。

By using PET fully drawn yarn（FDY） and PET draw-textured yarn（DTY）,knitted fabrics with openwork effect were designed and developed on Bushuo multiple needle double-side circular knitting machine with different weaving structures and knitting technologies.And the results showed that two kinds of new knitted fabrics＇ surface presented different openwork sizes,and had strong stereoscopic impression.The fabrics was thick and crisp,and had good wear resistance,which were suitable for automobiles.
