摘要
采用自由空间法研究不同碳纤维体积分数、不同型号和产地碳纤维的2.5D碳纤维/环氧树脂复合材料的电磁波传输性能,测试2.5D碳纤维/环氧树脂复合材料散射参数S,计算其对电磁波的反射损耗、吸收损耗、透射率和反射率。结果表明:2.5D碳纤维/环氧树脂复合材料在电磁波传输过程中以吸收电磁波为主,最佳吸收波段为Ku波段(12.0~18.0 GHz);碳纤维种类对2.5D碳纤维/环氧树脂复合材料的吸波性能的影响较小;碳纤维束越粗,2.5D碳纤维/环氧树脂复合材料吸波性能越好。
The electromagnetic waves' transmission performance of 2.5D carbon fiber/epoxy resin composites with different carbon fibers' volume fraction,types and places of origin was studied by using free-space method.Through testing scattering parameters,electromagnetic wave's reflection loss,absorbtion loss,transmission and reflection rate were calculated.And results showed that,the absorption of the electromagnetic waves was the main form in electromagnetic waves' transmission of2.5D carbon fiber/epoxy resin composites,and the Ku-band(12.0~18.0 GHz) was the optimal absorption band;Carbon fiber variety had little influence on the electromagnetic wave's absorbtion property;The thicker carbon fiber,the better absorbing quality.
