对近几年山西公立医院改革的情况进行分析。取得的成效主要有:多级医院间帮扶机制初步建立,为破除"以药补医"提供政策扶持,积极探索县级公立医院运行机制。存在的问题主要有公立医院公益性回归存在困难,破除"以药补医"机制的配套措施不完善。建议山西公立医院应从加大宣传力度、充分发挥人才的关键作用、创新医疗系统运行机制三个方面进一步深化改革。
