摘要 [目的]考察医学生对医学人文能力的认知及对医学人文课程的态度,以期对医学人文教学提出改进措施。[方法]采用医学生人文能力认知与评价调查问卷对首都医科大学基础学习阶段的医学生对医学人文能力的认知与评估、对待医学人文课程的态度等进行调查,进行频数描述及顺位统计。[结果]医学生对医学人文能力的重要性认同度较高,但对待选修的人文课程的学习态度不够端正,对课程内容的满意度不高;对医学人文能力的认知不够充分,自我评价也不高。2014级、2013级、2012级三个年级的学生在人文类课程课时设置的认同度以及对人文类课程的教学满意度有显著性差异。对医学人文课程的改进意见主要有:增加社会实践,增加医学人文类课程,开设医学人文类讲座。[结论]医学生对医学人文类课程的态度不够积极、对课程的设置和授课教师并不十分满意,国内的医学人文类教育体系仍有待完善。医学人文教育应建立在通识教育的基础之上,应推进多学科整合式教学,实现教学效果最大化。 Objective A cognitive study of medical humanities ability of medical students and the attitude of the medical humanities CUITiculum, in order to put forward the improvement measures of medical humanities education. Methods Using the questionnaire investigation and evaluation of human cognitive ability of medical students conducted a survey of medical students, frequency description and sequence statistics. Results The importance of medical humanities ability and high identification of medical students, but the treatment of elective humanities courses atti- tudes were not correct, satisfaction with the course content was not high. The cognitive ability of medical humanities was not sufficient, self- evaluation was not high. There was significant difference in the setting of medical humanities curriculum, but no statistical significance in other regards among the students of the 2012, 2013, 2014 classes. The improvements include that increasing social practice and medical humanities courses, the creation of medical humanities lectures. Conclusions We can see from the medical students' attitude toward medical humanities courses that our country's medical humanities education system remains to be perfected, the author puts forward three suggestions, 1. The med- ical humanities education should be based on the basis of general education. 2. The PBL teaching can not only become a mere formality. 3. pro- mote curriculum integration to maximize the teaching efficiency
