摘要 通过化学气相沉积方法,在PCB微钻上沉积超硬SHD涂层,采用扫描电子显微镜、Raman光谱仪等对SHD涂层性能进行了研究,并进行了SHD涂层微钻与未涂层微钻在陶瓷填料PCB板上的对比加工测试。实验结果表明,SHD涂层表面十分光滑,晶粒十分细小,涂层的金刚石纯度很高;在本实验中超硬SHD涂层钻头加工陶瓷填料板材时,使用寿命是未涂层钻头的100倍。 Super-hard SHD coating is deposited on cemented carbide micro-drills for printed circuit boards by Chemical Vapor Deposition, and Scanning Electron Microscope and Raman spectrometer are employed to characterize the structure, and a comparative drilling test between SHD coated driIIs and uncoated drills has been done on printed circuit boards filled with ceramic particles. It is indicated that the surface of SHD coating is very smooth and the grain size is very fine, and the diamond purity is very high. It is also found that the service life of SHD coated drill is 100 times than that of uncoated ones.
