摘要
WTO争端解决机制中,法律解释方法在专家组和上诉机构中的应用,能够保证WTO法的统一适用和完整。文章通过对WTO争端解决中的法律解释进行分析,依据《维也纳条约法公约》的第三十一条和第三十二条对WTO争端解决中的条文解释,以期实现在WTO法上的"国际法治",统一化地解决争端。
In WTO dispute settlement mechanism,the application of legal interpretation in panel and appellate body can ensure the unified application and integrity of WTO laws. Through the analysis on legal interpretation of WTO dispute settlement,in accordance with the interpretation of articles 31 and 32 of the Vienna Convention on the Law of Treaties in the WTO dispute settlement,the author makes application of the provisions hopes to realize the＂International Rule of Law＂in WTO laws and resolve the dispute in a unified way.
