语言作为一种重要的工具,在不同的场合发挥着不同的作用,立法语言不同于其它的语言,有着自身的语言风格和语言特征,因为法律术语具有严谨的特征,其表词达意都必须准确,同时也要力求精简,所以立法语言必须通俗、庄重,能够被大多数人理解,才能便于大众对法律条文的认识和掌握。

As an important tool,language plays different roles in different occasions. Legislative language is different from other languages with its own language style and features. Because legal terms are rigorous with accurate and concise expression,legislative language must be popular and solemn so as to be understood,which can facilitate the public understanding and grasp of the legal provisions.
