摘要
研制了一种基于多圈绝对位置编码器的单滚筒短壁采煤机采高检测装置,详细说明了其检测方法。该检测方法可满足摇臂不同安装方式下的采高检测要求。通过试验表明,该装置准确性、可靠性和操控性等方面均达到了设计和现场使用要求。该方法为今后短壁采煤机智能化设计奠定了基础。
A new type of mining-height detection device for single-drum short-wall shearer was designed based on multi-ring absolute position encoder, the detecting method was illustrated in detail. This detection method satisfies mining-height detection requirement for different assembly of ranging arm. The test shows that the accuracy, reliability and operation of the device have meet the requirements of design and site use. This method lays a foundation for further intelligence design of short-wall shearer.
