摘要
介绍了应急广播系统和局部扩播系统工作原理及系统构成,并将两种不同系统的设备通过融接的技术研究实现互联互通。通过融接改造,依托应急广播系统控制主机为控制中心,完成应急广播终端管理、音频管理等管理功能,为各广播终端等提供数据交接服务,为各应急广播终端及局部扩播资源提供定时播放和实时广播控制服务。通过融接技术的应用,充分利用现有资源,节省了投资,不仅使原系统实现了新的功能,而且简化了煤矿通信系统的应急指挥架构,在煤矿灾害时,使指挥系统更加简单、快捷、高效,有效地促进了安全生产。
Introduced the emergency broadcast system and local spread system work principle and system composition, and two different systems of equipment by the financial access technology research to achieve interoperability. By fusing the transformation, relying on the emergency broadcast system control computer as the control center, complete the function of emergency broadcasting terminal management, management, and other audio management, provides data transfer service for each radio terminal, is the emergency broadcast terminal and local spread resources to provide timing broadcast and broadcast control service. Through the fusion technology application, make full use of existing resources, saving investment, not only makes the original system to realize the new function, but also simplifies the communication system of coal mine emergency command structure, in coal mine disasters, the command system more simple, quick, efficient and effective in to promote the safety in production.
