摘要
在矿山提升系统中,尾绳悬挂装置是连接尾绳与提升容器的重要安全装置。针对目前普遍使用的圆尾绳悬挂装置在结构和使用维护等方面存在的安全隐患问题,研究设计了一种新型摩擦式提升机长周期圆尾绳及悬挂装置。主要介绍平衡尾绳设计,尾绳悬挂装置设计及尾绳防扭结果设计。通过技术改造设计,其长周期圆尾绳和悬挂装置在兖州煤业股份有限公司南屯煤矿投入使用验证,取得了很好的效果。
In the mine hoisting system, the tail rope hanging device is an important safety device that connects the tail rope and the lifting vessel. According to the safety hidden trouble existing in the structure and the use and maintenance of the round tail rope suspension device which is widely used at present, the research and design of a new type of friction type. This paper mainly introduces the design of the balance tail rope, the design of the tail rope suspension device and the design of the tail rope anti twisting result. Through the technological transformation of design, the long period of the round tail rope and a suspension device in Nantun Coal Mine, Yanzhou Mining Company input validation and achieved good effect.
