鄂尔多斯盆地王盘山X井区举升工艺方案优选

摘要 王盘山X井区现用举升系统存在机采系统效率偏低、杆管偏磨腐蚀严重、油井免修期短、举升工艺适应性差等问题。在分析这些问题的基础上,遵循举升工艺方案编制原则,研究出适合该井区开发的举升工艺技术。采用有杆泵采油方式生产,优选出有杆泵抽汲参数,并概算出优化后的单井举升费用,为22.57万元。该优化方案已应用17口井,未有断、卡、脱等复杂事故发生,产液量提高13.4%,产油量提高17.1%,整体提高了抽油机系统的生产效率。 There are such problems as lower efficiency of machine extraction system, severe erosion of tubing--rod wearing, short workover intervals and weak adaptability of lift technology in existing lifting system used in Wang- panshan X wellblock. By analyzing the problems and following the compilation principle of lift process plan, this paper explores the best lift technology plan for X wellblock, i.e. adopting sucker rod pumping and optimizing sucker-- rod pump suction parameters. The plan has been applied to 17 oil wells with fluid output and oil production increasing 13. 4% and 17. 1%, respectively and contributes to integral improvement of production efficiency of pumping system.
