摘要
焦石坝一期产建区水平井地质导向主要采用常规LWD技术,随着开发南移,地质条件更加复杂,常规LWD地质导向钻井技术由于测量盲区长、测量数据种类有限等原因,无法实现真正意义上的地质导向钻井。path—finder近钻头地质导向钻井技术与常规LWD技术相比,能将测量盲区从13~17m缩短至1m以内,方便及时调整井眼轨迹;能让动态数据误差≤5%,可精确判断地层,以及定量和定性判断优质小层;能实时测得11项参数,以辅助判断工具在井筒中的工作状态。涪陵工区13口井的应用表明,该项技术的应用,有效突破了焦石坝边缘地区断裂发育、地层产状陡且变化快等复杂的地质条件给水平井地质导向带来的难点。
Conventional LWD(logging while drilling) technology is mainly applied to horizontal well geology steering in the first phase of production construction area of Jiaoshiba. However, facing more complex geology conditions .southward, it can not complete geo--steering drilling in its true sense due to its long immeasurable area and limited measured data types. Compared with I.WD technology, Pathfinder near--bit geo--steering drilling technology can shorten immeasurable area within one meter so as to timely adjust the well track, can keep dynamic data error less than or equal to 5% so as to precisely estimate the stratum and high--grade sub layers and can acquire 11 parameters by realtime measurement so as to help to judge the tool's operating state in the wellbore. Its application in 13 wells in Fuling workzone shows that it can overcome effectively the difficulty of geo--steering drilling in horizontal wells brought by complicated geological conditions in Jiaoshiba frontier area such as fault development and steep and quickly changeable formation occurrence.
