摘要
投资项目后评价是形成投资项目闭环管理的重要环节,可总结前一轮投资决策的经验教训,为企业新一轮投资决策提供借鉴参考。由于我国投资项目后评价工作起步较晚,存在评价认识有待深化、制度体系有待完善、队伍建设有待加强、档案管理有待规范、风险意识有待加强、报告内容有待完善等不足之处。通过加强对后评价工作的认识、加强项目后评价法制建设、提高项目后评价人员的素质、建立项目检测与评价数据库、完善项目后评价内容、加强后评价成果应用等方式来做好后评价工作,最终达到改进投资效益、提高宏观决策和管理水平的目的。
Post evaluation on investment projects is important in closed--loop management of them and serves as the reference for the enterprise to make the decision for the new investment. In light of later start of post evaluation work of investment projects in China, we should strengthen awareness of the work, reinforce its legal construction, increase the relevant personnel quality, establish the database of project inspection and evaluation, improve post evaluation contents and advance application of post--evaluation results so as to improve investment benefits and raise the level of macro decision--making and management.
