职工之家建设,是工会工作的一项重要内容,是加强工会建设,不断创新工会工作的重要措施。而学习型职工之家建设是职工之家建设的重点。创建学习型职工之家,要树立全员学习型价值观;要整合多方资源开展教育活动,提高员工综合素质;要有针对性地开展专业技术培训,开展技术比武,开展群众性的"创新创效"活动,开展推广先进技术经验活动,鼓励员工岗位自学成才等措施来提升员工的技能素质。

Building home of workers is an important task in trade union work and a vital measure for strength- ening and updating union＇s work. As the top priority, construction of home of workers requires doing a good job in making all the workers set up learning values, bringing various resources in education activities to improve their overall quality, carrying out specialized technical training and technological competition, launching innovation and benefit--making activity in the workers, promoting advanced technology and encouraging the workers to become talented through self--study on their post.
