摘要
主要针对复层厚度较薄的(如小于0.5 mm)的层状复合材料界面结合的定量评价实验方法进行了回顾和总结,评述了各种方法的优缺点并分析了各种方法的适用条件和应用范围。随着计算机技术水平的不断提高,有限元数值模拟技术在层状复合材料结合性能的评价分析中起到了越来越重要的指导作用。随着人们对层状复合材料界面结合认识的逐渐深入以及新的分析评价技术手段的不断涌现,层状复合材料界面结合性能检测的精度将不断提高,理论模型会不断完善,层状复合材料界面结合的评价也会逐渐向定量准确、容易解析、无损检测、易于实现自动化和标准化的方向发展。
This paper briefly offers various methods of quantitatively evaluating the bonding quality of layered materials with cladding layer thickness less than 0. 5 mm. Each evaluation method has its advantage, disadvantage and applicable conditions and scopes. As the continuous improvement of computer technology, finite element numerical simulation technology has played a more and more important role in analysis of evaluating interface bonding of layered materials. With the deepening understanding of interface and along with the advance of other technologies, testing accuracy and theoretical models will continuously be improved. In the future, the interface bonding evaluation will gradually move forward to quantitative, nondestructive, easy to realize automation and standardization direction.
