发展失衡、经济空间和生活空间收缩是俄罗斯地区经济社会发展的主要特点与趋势。现有区域政策对民生改善起到了一定作用,但对遏制区域经济发展失衡助益不多。2014年以来,加快北高加索地区经济社会发展、着力发展远东的政策将会对地区均衡发展起到一定的促进作用,但难以根本扭转区域经济社会发展失衡趋势。远东地区发展面临隐性阻碍因素,北高加索地区发展困难重重。

Unbalanced development, squeezing economic and living spaces are the main characteristics and trends of economic and social development in Russia. The existing regional policies have played a certain role in improving the people's livelihood,but they have not helped much to contain the unbalance of regional economic development. Since 2014, accelerating the economic and social development of the North Caucasus region,efforts to develop the Far East policy will play a certain role in promoting regional balanced development,but it is difficult to fundamentally reverse the trend of regional economic and social development unbalance. The development of the Far East region is facing hidden obstacles, and development in the North Caucasus region is on the rocks.
