摘要
介绍了废弃电路板资源的基本特征,总结了目前电路板元器件拆解及分拣的主要方法及优缺点,指出,结合国外先进的图像识别和光电分选技术,开发适合国内废弃电路板无害化自动拆解及分拣的"先分离后分类"新工艺及装备是实现废弃电路板资源化的重要途径。
The basic characteristics of waste printed circuit board(PCB) resources are introduced and the main electronic components disassembly and sorting methods, as well as their advantages and disadvantages are summarized. It is pointed out that the way of combining foreign advanced image recognition and photoelectric separation technology,and developing new technology and equipment of "separation firstly and then classification"which is suitable for the domestic waste circuit board harmless and automatic disassembly and sorting, which is an important way to realize the recycling of waste PCB.
