摘要
为了使逆变电路输出电压的谐波成分降低、改变并提高输出频率,使逆变电路输出电压的波形为理想正弦波。本文用自然采样法与对称规则采样法产生SPWM波形,用SPWM方法实现逆变。并且在MATLAB程序编写和simulink建模的方法进行仿真实验。实验的结果是:载波的比值为3的整数倍并且为奇数时,生成的三相对称的SPWM波形,而且每相波形的正负两个半波周期镜对称。这就说明用SPWM方式实现逆变可有效消除谐波及谐波中的余弦项,使逆变电源的输出波形逼近理想的正弦波。
In order to decrease harmonic components of output voltage in inverter circuit, change and improve frequency of output voltage, make waveform of output voltage in inverter circuit to be an ideal sine wave, we can achieve reverse transformation using the method of sinusoidal pulse width modulation algorithm. The article analyze natural sampling method and symmetry rule sampling method of generating SPWM waveform, and have a simulation experiment based on matlab programming and simulink model. The experimental data indicate: when carrier wave ratio is integral multiple of 3 and is odd number, the three-phase SPWM wave is symmetric, and it's mirror symmetry of positive half cycle and negative half cycle in each phase of the waveform. It can remove harmonic and it's cosine term, make the output waveform in inverter power near an ideal sine wave.
