德阳市城镇化进程中的社会治安问题

On Social Security Problems in Urbanization of Deyang City

城镇化进程带动经济社会发展的同时,也带来了诸多社会治安问题。以德阳市为例,根据2000-2015年城镇化发展和社会治安形势有关数据,从"积极的主体事物也会派生消极因素"的角度出发进行分析,可见一斑。德阳市城镇化建设背景下经济、社会、文化发展派生出的消极因素对社会治安构成诸多影响。对此,应有针对性地从以下方面优化社会治安环境:坚持协调发展理念,筑牢维护社会治安稳定的物质基础;重构价值规范体系,夯实维护社会治安稳定的根本保障;推进社会治安综合治理,健全维护社会治安稳定的体制机制;构建现代警务机制,做实维护社会治安稳定的方式手段。

The process of urbanization drives economic and social development, and also brings a lot of social security problems. This paper takes Deyang city as an example to analyze the data of urbanization development and social security situation from 2000 to 2015. From the point of view that ＂positive subject also derives negative factors＂, it analyzes various impacts made by negative factors which are derived from economic, social, cultural development in Deyang city urbanization. Therefore, the following measures are recommended to optimize the public security environment： adhering to the harmonious development and building a strong material foundation to keep stability, reconstructing value criteria system and safeguarding social order, impelling overall control of social order and perfecting stability mechanism ,establishing modem police affair and adopting approaches to keep stability.
