There is a significant misunderstanding of ecological rural construction： the Chinese ecological rural construction is only understood in order to improve the natural environment of the countryside, enrich spiritual of villagers life and increase civilization treating natural , but not rise to the planning of ecological civilization construction with leading the highly innovative development of China. Rural ecological construction of China should be a great strategy of leading China~ economic development,which contains important meaning of new economic growth.
