湛江市部分市民对青少年接受性教育的认知调查

Survey on cognition of receiving sex education by adolescents among residents,Zhanjiang city

目的了解当前青少年的性教育情况及湛江市民对青少年性教育的认知程度,为学校、家庭和社会对青少年开展正确的性教育提供科学依据。方法 2015年11月至2016年5月抽取湛江市419名市民进行对青少年接受性教育情况认知的问卷调查。结果调查419人,42.24%的市民从没跟孩子讲过性知识,40.57%的市民认为青少年对性的认识严重不足,57.04%的市民认为性知识缺乏对青少年有较大影响,37.47%的市民认为口头教育是最好的性教育方式,大部分市民认为青少年应从家长和老师那里获得性知识,学校和社会应该在性教育投入上加大力度。45.27%的男性市民和39.45%的女性市民从没跟孩子讲过性知识(P<0.01);33.33%的男性市民和44.04%的女性市民认为工作太忙没时间是家庭开展性教育的障碍(P<0.05);68.16%的男性市民和58.26%的女性市民认为应该建立对家长进行性教育的机构(P<0.05);41.28%的女性市民认为口头性教育是最好的性教育方式,36.81%的男性市民认为书本杂志是最好的性教育方式(P<0.05)。结论湛江市青少年接受的性教育比较缺乏,家长、学校和社会教育部门应更加重视青少年的性教育,改善性教育方式,加大性教育的投入。

Objective To understand the present situation of adolescent sex education and the cognition of the adolescent sex education among residents in Zhanjiang city,so as to provide scientific basis for the correct adolescent sex education in schools,families and society. Methods During November 2015-May 2016,419 residents of Zhanjiang city were surveyed on the cognition of adolescents receiving sex education. Results A total of 419 were surveyed,42.24% never told their children about sex knowledge,40.57%thought that sexual cognition of adolescent was seriously insuffient,57.04% considered that sex knowledge lack had great influence on adolescents,37.47% thought oral education was the best way to sex education.Most of them thought adolescents should acquire sex knowledge from parents and teachers.Schools and society should invest more in sex education.45.27% of male citizens and 39.45% of female citizens had never told their children about sex knowledge（P〈0.01）.33.33% of male citizens and 44.04% of female citizens thought that work was too busy is a barrier to family sex education（P〈0.05）.68.16% of male citizens and 58.26% of female citizens thought that sex education institutions should be established for parents（P〈0.05）.41.28% of female citizens thought oral education was the best way to sex education and 36.81% of male citizens thought that books and magazines were the best way to sex education（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Sex education is insufficient among the adolescents in Zhanjian city,the parents,schools and social education departments should pay more attention to adolescent sex education,improve the way of sex education,and increase the invetment of sex education.
