2015年泰安市结核病防治机构人力资源现状调查

Survey on the current status of human resources at the tuberculosis prevention and control institutions,Tai'an city,2015

目的调查了解泰安市市、县两级结核病防治机构(简称"结防机构")人力资源现状,为加强结核病防治人力资源建设提供依据。方法采用问卷调查方法,收集市、县两级结核病防治人员的年龄、性别、学历、职称等信息,采用SPSS15.0软件进行统计学分析,计量资料采用t检验。结果泰安市市、县两级共有102名结防人员,男女比例1∶1.22;平均年龄为(38.96±10.07)岁,市级40岁以上年龄段占68.42%,县级40岁以下占55.42%,差异有统计学意义P<0.05);本科及以上学历占51.96%;高级职称占13.73%,初级及以下职称占59.80%;从事结核病防治工作年限在20年以上的占24.51%,10年及以下占64.70%;主要岗位以检验和医疗居多,分别占18.63%和16.67%,然后是护理和"其他"岗位,均占12.75%;人员配备达标的县级机构只有1个,占16.67%。结论泰安市结核病防治机构人力资源不足,年龄、学历、职称结构不合理,从事专业岗位人员不均衡。

Objective To understand the current status of human resources at TB prevention and control institutions at the city and county levels in Tai＇an＇city,so as to provide the basis for strengthening human resources construction.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted to collect the information of age,gender,education background,title and other information of the two level TB control staff.Data were analyzed by SPSS software package version 15.0,the measurement data were statistically analyzed withttest. Results There were 102 staffs in TB institutes of Tai＇an city,andthe male and female ratio was 1∶1.22;the average age was（38.96±10.07）,those over 40 years of age accounted for68.42%at the city level,and those over 40 years of age accounted for 55.42%at the county level,and the difference of the two groups had statistically significance（P〈0.05）.Bachelor degree or above accounted for 51.96%;the senior professional titles accounted for 13.73%,junior and below titles accounted for 59.80%;those engaged in TB prevention and control for more than 20 years accounted for 24.51%,those for 10 years and below accounted for 64.70%;the main job in inspection and medical accounted for 18.63% and 16.67%,then the nursing and the ＂other＂ positions accounted for12.75% respectively;there was only 1county agency staffing up to standards,accounting for 16.67%. Conclusion The human resources are insuffient at TB institutions in Tan＇an city,irrational in age,education and professional title,and unbalanced in professional posts.
