摘要
目的了解株洲市母婴麻疹IgG抗体水平及相互关系,为探索小月龄儿童麻疹防控策略提供参考依据。方法2014年4~6月采用麻疹病毒IgG抗体定量检测试剂盒(酶联免疫法)对株洲市405名产妇(抽静脉血)及405名新生儿(婴儿脐带血)进行麻疹IgG抗体检测和定量分析。结果株洲市新生婴儿IgG抗体阳性率、平均抗体浓度(GMC)分别为62.96%(255/405)、680.01mIU/ml,其中具有母源麻疹抗体完全保护水平(抗体浓度≥1 000mIU/ml)的新生儿仅占26.42%;母亲麻疹IgG抗体阳性率、GMC分别为52.59%(213/405)、573.93mIU/ml,母亲麻疹抗体水平以低浓度为主,占66.91%,具有麻疹抗体完全保护水平的母亲仅占17.28%;母婴麻疹抗体浓度相关系数为0.40,婴儿抗体水平随母亲的增高而增高(Spearman等级相关,rs=0.36,P〈0.01)。结论母亲麻疹抗体水平的高低是影响婴儿母源麻疹抗体水平的重要因素。株洲市母婴麻疹抗体保护水平低。
Objective To understand the level of measles antibody and their relationship between mothers and infants in Zhuzhou city,so as to provide reference basis for exploring immunization strategy for prevention and control of measles.Methods A total of 405mother-infant pairs were tested for serum anti-measles IgG.Levels of measles antibody IgG were measured using enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA). Results The positive rate and Geometric Mean Concentration(GMC)of measles antibody in infants was 62.96% and 680.01mIU/ml,only 26.42% of infants had a protective level(≥1 000mIU/ml)of IgG against measles.The positive rate and GMCof measles antibody in mothers was 52.59%and 573.93mIU/ml,only 17.28% of infants had a protective level(≥1 000mIU/ml)of IgG against measles.The correlation coefficient between mother and infant was 0.40,the level of measles antibody in infants increased with mothers(rs=0.363,P〈0.01). Conclusion Level of measles antibody in mothers is an important factor for maternal measles.The level of measles antibody is low in mothers and infants of Zhuzhou city.
